Yoga Strong

A faster morning flow yoga incorporating sun salutations, vinyasa, standing poses, and balances, finishing with stretching and relaxation.

Hatha Flow

A perfect end of day practice to stretch and move your body with a gentle flow, breath work and finishing with stretching and relaxation.

Yoga Flow

A morning Vinyasa flow to get you moving. We begin seated for meditation and gentle warm up of the body along with breath work, then move into our vinyasa flow. Finishing as always with stretching and savasana.

Restorative Yoga

Once each month, I offer a restorative practice using props to support us for longer holds in poses for a deep restore and relaxation.

Yoga Schedule

  • Sundays @ 10 am – Yoga in the Park

  • Begins Sunday May 29th at Norwood Park

  • If it rains, we will practice on Zoom

  • Wednesdays@ 5 pm – Hatha Flow

  • Fridays @ 9 am – Yoga Strong

Classes are Via Zoom

Fee: $20/class or 5 class pack for $75
