Mindfulness
Mindfulness - The awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, non-judgementally, in the present moment.
Using the breath to ground us, to calm our bodies and our minds, find clarity and the opportunity to pause before reacting to the daily stress we all face.
Mindfulness gives us the opportunity to connect physically, mentally, and emotionally to what is here for us now.
Studies have shown this evidence-based program can assist with anxiety, chronic pain, depression, high blood pressure, digestive issues, sleep disorders, and weight management.
