Yoga

  • Join me on the mat, take some deep breaths, and become present in mind, body, and spirit.

  • My classes are for everyone and everybody!

  • I offer a practice that can be modified for any level.

  • You are always encouraged to listen to your body.

 

Mindfulness

  • Mindfulness - The awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, non-judgementally, in the present moment.

  • Using the breath to ground us, to calm our bodies and our minds, find clarity and the opportunity to pause before reacting to the daily stress we all face.

  • Mindfulness gives us the opportunity to connect physically, mentally, and emotionally to what is here for us now.

  • Studies have shown this evidence-based program can assist with anxiety, chronic pain, depression, high blood pressure, digestive issues, sleep disorders, and weight management.
