Our bodies breathe naturally on their own but when we bring our awareness to our breath, it reveals the state of the body. Take 3 deep breathes. Feel your body soften.Let the breath ground you here in the present moment.

In yoga, we move with breath, connecting mind, body and spirit. In meditation, we ground ourselves with the breath and stay present to what is here.
